SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

For Customers in Ho Chi Minh City:

Delivery Method: Our delivery staff will directly deliver the products to you.
Delivery Fee: Free delivery for orders of 3 bottles or more, and maximum support for shipping costs for other orders.
Delivery Time: Our staff will prepare and deliver the products immediately after confirming the order with you.
*Note: MERCANTILE is responsible for verifying the age of the recipient in case of suspicion regarding their age, ensuring that the recipient is at least 18 years old upon delivery. Therefore, MERCANTILE imposes the following conditions:

Before delivering to the recipient, the delivery staff will check if the recipient is over 18 years old. If the recipient’s information does not match the order details or if they are not over 18 years old, the delivery staff will cancel the order.

For Customers Outside the City:

Delivery Method: We will dispatch the products to you through shipping companies.
Delivery Time: Typically, we process orders within 24 hours of receiving them and inform customers about payment and delivery. The delivery time is usually between 2-7 days from the order confirmation date or as agreed upon with the customer. However, there may be cases where delivery takes longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Our company’s staff unable to contact the customer via phone, thus unable to deliver the products.
The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or difficult to locate.
A sudden increase in the company’s order volume leading to delays in order processing.

Assignment of Responsibilities between Merchants and Logistics Service Providers Regarding the Provision of Goods Documents during the Delivery Process.

Obligations of the Carrier:

Ensure the full and safe transportation of goods to the designated location within the agreed timeframe.
Deliver the goods to the rightful recipient. Note: Recipients must be over 18 years old.
Bear the expenses related to the transportation of goods, except under different agreements.
Compensate for damages to the hiring party in case of loss or damage to the goods, except under different agreements or legal provisions.
Rights of the Carrier:

Verify the authenticity of the goods, waybills, or equivalent transport documents.
Refuse to transport goods that do not match the agreed-upon type of goods in the contract.
Request the hiring party to pay the transportation fees on time.
Refuse to transport prohibited goods, hazardous goods if the carrier…


Obligations of the Hiring Party:

Pay the transportation fees to the carrier in full and on time, according to the agreed-upon terms and methods. Provide necessary information related to the transported goods to ensure their safety during transportation. Supervise the goods during transportation, if agreed upon. If the hiring party supervises the goods and they are lost or damaged, no compensation will be provided. Rights of the Hiring Party: Request the carrier to transport the goods to the agreed location and time. Personally or designate a third party to receive the transported goods.

Responsibility for Compensation for Damages: The carrier must compensate for damages to the hiring party in case of loss or damage to the goods. The hiring party must compensate for damages to the carrier and third parties for losses caused by hazardous goods transported without proper packaging and safety measures during transportation. In case of force majeure leading to loss, damage, or destruction of transported goods, the carrier is not responsible for compensating for damages, except under different agreements or legal provisions.
